Expansion of Galeria Bursztynowa shopping mall in Ostrołęka is under completion. The facility will be compatible with the existing shopping mall. Leasing area of new facility is about 5 thousand square meters. Clients will find a wide range of products and services. By far, lease agreements have been signed with Komfort, Komfort Bathrooms, Smyk and Decathlon. Expansion covers also PKN Orlen petrol station and hand-held and automatic car wash. The facility is connected with the existing shopping mall by a shared communication infrastructure.
– We have finished concrete works and assembly of roof structure. Secondary structures are nearly finished. At the beginning of second half of October assembly of car wash structure is planned – Katarzyna Podeszwa, OMIS Project Manager summarises project status.
