We are hereby pleased to announce that the Consortium of OMIS SA (Consortium Leader) and Fabryka Kotłów “SEFAKO” S.A. – SEFAKO SA (Consortium Member) will execute for ENGIE Polska – ENGIE EC Slupsk a turnkey project for the conversion of the WR-25 boiler, consisting in the adaptation of a coal-fired boiler to a biomass-fired boiler. The Investment Task includes in its scope a comprehensive design and implementation of the boiler modernization along with the systems of unloading, storage and feeding of fuel with a full system of flue gas treatment and all accompanying works.
The parties signed the contract on 01.02.2024. The planned completion date for the work – April 2025 .
For OMIS SA, this is another substantial project based on the competence and experience developed over the years in the implementation of systems for unloading, storage and transport of biomass, which is now part of our portfolio of projects under the EPC formula.
