OMIS is again working together with the group of companies, which is a continuation of a successful cooperation started back in 2016. This time as well, a new power plant will be operated as a combined heat and power plant for supplying the heat and electricity from biogenic fuels for the customer’s own production processes.
With this project, the reduction of the use of fossil fuels at the site will go down to almost zero and significantly reduce fossil CO2 emissions and more over: can also supply the surrounding communities with even more sustainable district heating in this picturesque area of Austria.
OMIS contribution to this challenging project is: detailed-engineering, manufacturing, delivery and assembly services for the boiler supportive structure ( >1.100 to) as well as ducts & channels to connect the installation/ plant (190 to). Works locally will start for the OMIS-Team end of November 2024. This is another project contributing from OMIS side to the continuous & sustainable change towards increasing the creation and usage of the green energy.
