Numerically controlled (CNC) machines for material processing enable us to combine speed with surgical precision.
Effective and verified anticorrosive protection
- we clean the steel before processing, which provides optimal welds strength,
- after finishing of welding works another cleaning takes place, this time in a modern blasting chamber, which guarantees lack of corrosion centres in so called difficult places,
- we carry out the coatings in airless technology in a closed painting cabin – this means a short maturing process and guarantees durability of coatings up to 20 years,
- anticorrosive protection process is carried out in a closed cycle, which reduces its influence upon the environment,
- verified, carefully selected painting systems ensure the highest coating quality and low maintenance costs in the future,
- we use only painting systems of recognized companies – Hempel, Oliva,
- optionally, we apply hot galvanizing in a recognized plant.
